We want you to be happy so you can return your item(s) for a credit of the purchase price - you do not even need to tell us the reason why or notify us in advance of your return.
1. MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM(s) QUALIFY FOR RETURN
To qualify for return your item must be in its original, unworn condition, free of perfume, smoke or any other odor with all tags still attached for up to 6 weeks from your receipt of the item. Underglam and undergarments cannot be returned.
If you would like to exchange your style for another style or size please go to our website and place an order for the item that you would like instead. Our website inventory changes daily, so by placing a new order you guarantee the availability of the item that you would prefer. Then return the style(s) that you do not want per step 3 below.
3. MAIL THE ITEM(s) BACK
Include your invoice with your return or if you do not have your invoice please simply note your order number on a slip of paper in your package. Mail your package to Great Glam; 4607 North Clark Ave; Tampa FL 33614.
