 What are the Rates & Shipping Times for US Shipping?

All packages are shipped via USPS. Our shipping rates are fantastic:

US Standard Shipping Just 2.99 for the first style and 1.99 each additional. Arrives in 7 to 10 days.   Actual arrival date may vary- Exact Arrival date is not guaranteed with this shipping method

US Speedy shipping: Arrives 4 to 6 days from purchase. Just 5.99 for the first style and only 4.99 each additional. Will arrive on or before the 6th day from the date ordered.

Orders with multiple items may ship in multiple packages and arrive separately.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and military post offices (APO/FPO) can only be shipped via standard shipping and may take additional time to arrive due to distance and post office processing

Do you ship to PO boxes? 
Yes we can ship to a PO Box simply enter the PO box in your address at checkout.


Do you ship to APO FPO addresses?
We do ship to APO FPO addresses at the US shipping rate however for APO/FPO addresses your order may take additional time to arrive due to military processing and we cannot guarantee delivery dates for APO/FPO orders. APO/FPO addresses are for military who are stationed at remote locations. The US shipping rate applies to APO address. To check out please enter APO or FPO as your city and select AE from the drop down box as your state and the US as your country. Thank you for serving our country!

What if my package is lost in the mail?
We utilize electronic delivery confirmation on all packages so that we can verify arrival of every package. If we do not receive delivery confirmation from the post office that your package was delivered within 30 days we will send a replacement if available or a credit if a replacement is not available. 


How do I figure out what size to get?

If I email you my measurements will you tell me what size to get?
Sorry no . The reason we cannot answer that question via email or phone is because every figure is unique and different so unless we actually saw you or took your measurements ourselves we cannot say for sure that an item would fit you so we do not make sizing recommendations. Our sizing is similar to most juniors clothing stores such as Forever 21 and H&M. For styles that come in multiple sizes our models are shown wearing a size small (or 1X for plus size styles) unless otherwise stated in the items description. Most of our styles have spandex allowing them to conform to your figure so if you are at all in between sizes we suggest ordering the next size up. You can also can take your own measurements and then compare them to those listed to choose your own best fit. It only takes a moment to take your own measurements and even if you don't end up buying from Great Glam it is good information to have especially if you like to save by shopping online for clothes. Please also remember that we have a very easy 3 week return policy. For more sizing info, measurements, and an international size chart please click here



What is the Returns policy?

We want you to be happy so you can return your unworn item(s) within 3 days of receipt. Your item must arrive back to us within 10 days. We will not accept late returns so please use a shipping method that will ensure that your item arrives back to us within 10 days of your receipt. We will refund your purchase price less a $5 restocking fee. Shipping is non refundable. You must return all packaging materials as well as include your order number with your return.

I have never shopped here before and I'm nervous about ordering?
Shop with confidence! Our online company is based in Tampa, Florida and we have been selling online since 1999. We have shipped over 1,000,000 orders and have an easy 3 week return policy (6 weeks for international orders). Our payment pages are secure and encrypted and we guarantee the security of your information. We also insure all shipments against loss or damage so we guarantee the arrival of your order.


How do these clothes look in person?

How do I place an order?
Ordering online is fast and easy and we guarantee the security of your information on our site. To order online simply add your items to your cart. To do so click the small photo of the item you'd like, scroll down, select your size and click the add to cart button. Then click checkout when you have everything you want. You will then be prompted to provide your shipping and payment information. 


Do you have a catalog or physical store?
Sorry we are an online store only.  We also have a distribution center in Tampa , Florida but due to zoning laws and limited space we do not offer local pick ups of orders, drop-offs, or in person inventory browsing as our offices are not designed or zoned for customer pick ups. Our inventory changes very fast so we cannot offer a paper catalog since it would be outdated before we could even mail it to customers. You can view every item currently available in our inventory on our website.


Do you sell in large quantities / wholesale? 
Sorry, but we are a retail sales only company. We do not sell wholesale-no exceptions. We also do not give out any information regarding our suppliers- no exceptions.


How do I check my Order Status?
When your order is placed immediately after payment you will see an order confirmation page. This page confirms that your order has been placed and received at Great Glam and lists your order number. If you have an account at Great Glam and logged in when you placed your order its easy to check your order status. Just log in by clicking log in at the upper left hand corner and click view my orders. If you did not register for an account please check your email. We will send an email letting you know when your order is shipped to the email address that you provided when you placed your order. If you do not see this email please be sure to also check your bulk/spam email folder for it.

My credit card was declined but the funds were available?
Please double check your entry. Most likely the numbers or expiration date was just entered incorrectly. Another possible reason is that your billing address does not match your billing address on your card. To resolve just correct your billing address to match the address where your statement is sent.

Can I ship an order somewhere other than my billing address?
Yes you can. When you enter your address information at our checkout there are two sections- shipping address and billing address. Please enter the address that you'd like your item shipped to in the shipping address section and write the address that is on your credit card in the billing address section. We will then mail your order to the address listed as the shipping address



Can I add additional items, combine separate orders, change an order or cancel an order after its been placed?
After an order has been placed additional items cannot be added. If you need additional items you would need to place a new (separate) order and separate shipping charges would apply.


We can only cancel an order if the order has not been processed or packaged. There is a cancellation fee of five dollars or eight percent of the total order amount - whichever is greater.   Therefore please be sure before placing an order so that you will not need to cancel. To cancel an order please contact us by email using the "contact us" link at the top of this page and refer to your order number. Free shipping is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

To change the size or color of items in an order after it has already been placed please email us using the "contact us" link at the top of this page. We can only change the order if the order has not already been processed or packaged and there is a change order fee of $2.00. To avoid this please be certain when placing an order that you have the items that you'd like.


When will you be adding new items?
We add items nearly every Tuesday at noon. To get a text message once weekly when we have new styles text the word GLAM to the phone number 313131 and sign up for our email list to receive emails with our latest items.


What payment methods are accepted?
For your convenience we accept a variety of payment methods

Visa, American Express, and Master card. You can use your debit card if it has a visa or master card logo. 

PayPal: Optionally you can also choose to send payment online via paypal. You can also use PayPal to pay via Visa, Master card or a bank account transfer.

Amazon Payments: You can also check out at Great Glam using your amazon account . Just view your cart and select pay with Amazon. 


Are your payment pages secure?
We take the issue of security very seriously. We use a secure encrypted SSL page to process your credit card payments so your information is guaranteed safe. Once you reach the point in the order process where you enter your credit card information you will be transferred to our secure server which encrypts your information and guarantees that your credit card information cannot by viewed by anyone else.


What currency is displayed?
All prices are displayed in US dollars. You can use the currency converter by viewing your cart and selecting your currency. 


Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax of 7% is only applied to orders that are shipped to Florida residents. We are based in Florida and are required by state regulation to charge sales tax on orders shipped within Florida. There is no sales tax on orders going to other states. However if you live outside of the US duties and customs may be applied on your orders arrival.

Item Availability
An item I wanted is either out of stock (sold out) -or-not available in my size- or- no longer on your site will you be getting more?
Sorry, its  been removed from our site because we are sold out. This applies to every single item on the site, sorry no exceptions. This also applies to sizes. Only the sizes listed under available sizes at the bottom of each item's description page are available for purchase. If you do not see a size or a style this means that it is sold out and we cannot make any promises or give any information as to potential future availability. The inventory on our website is updated to the minute. This means that when a customer orders the last of a style or size it is immediately removed from the website and once a size or style sells out it is no longer available to other customers. Many items are available only in limited quantities and some items sell out within days or even hours so we cannot guarantee that an item you see today will still be here tomorrow. Most styles are never restocked but if a recent style is restocked it will appear on our site in the back for a limited time category which you can view by clicking here: cat-back-for-a-limited-time . cfm Please bookmark and check this page often as these styles sell back out quickly.
Please note: If you contact the customer service department to request an item or size that is no longer on the website they will simply reply that the item or size is unavailable. All of our inventory is on the website so if something is available it is on the website. If it is not on the website then it is no longer available.

What if an item becomes unavailable after I place my order?

On occasion a style you ordered may be unavailable due to reasons beyond our control. In the event this happens you will be issued a refund.

How can I check to see if an item is available in another color?
To check if an item is available in another color please use the search function at the far right of every page and enter the items name. So for example if you'd like to check to see if an item named notebook was available in another color you'd type notebook into the search box and then press the purple arrow. This will bring up a listing of the available colors of that item if it is available in additional colors.
